About the Artist and the Fundraiser
100% of funds raised will support Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard in Camden, Inc
Brother Peluso, a Master Mason at Camden Lodge for the past two years, suggested the idea for the 2024 fundraiser. He envisioned the raffle as a wonderful community engagement opportunity to support one of our local charities, Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, which is deeply involved in assisting the homeless, victims of domestic violence, and disadvantaged individuals in our community.
Recently, Brother Peluso's wife, formerly a volunteer at MHC, was diagnosed with breast cancer. In response, Brother Peluso decided to donate three of his paintings to raise funds for this worthy cause. His artwork draws inspiration from the local landscapes and heritage buildings of Camden and Wollondilly, capturing their beauty as they change with the seasons.
